Maid of Sker is a first-person survival horror, set in a remote hotel with a gory and macabre history from British folklore. Armed with only a defensive sound device, you’ll utilise stealth tactics to avoid death amongst a cult of sound-based AI enemies.
Set in 1898 and inspired by the haunting Welsh tale of Elisabeth Williams, this is a story of a family empire driven by torture, slavery, piracy and a supernatural mystery that suffocates the grounds of the hotel.
Created and developed by Wales Interactive with a plot crafted by the writing talent and designers behind the likes of SOMA, Don’t Knock Twice and Battlefield 1.

This game looks pretty impressive as a first person Survival Horror type game, with an equally impressive game play mechanic being used in the form of a 3D sound based A.I. system, as your only defense against the horrors you will experience throughout the game.
I think I will enjoy playing this one.

If you are getting a unity crash handler64.exe error, click on the CHECK UPDATE link for this game and get the v1.02-CODEX update for it.
Apply the update like you would when installing a game. Simply run the setup.exe, browse to the drive and directory folder path where the game was installed to, click the install button, let the updater do it’s thing, wait for it to finish applying the update, and then launch the game.
Also make sure that your Graphics Card driver is up to date. If not, you may need to get the latest driver version for either your NVIDIA or AMD graphics card depending on what you have in your system.
If running on Windows 10 OS, make sure you have set Windows Updates to automatic, so that you can keep up to date with the latest builds for Windows 10, as well as any important or critical updates you may need.
Always make sure that your PC System Hardware Specs match the minimum system requirements for any game that you are about to play before you play it.
