I just did the updates after 3.71 which was the last update that I did, 3.73 & 3.74 and all were successful 🙂
I don’t know what your drive E: is or what the permissions are. It might be worth trying an unlocker program to see if anything is locking those files. It is unlikely but might be worth testing so that you know. The installer does need to run as but it should request that.
Where is the patch log? What is it’s filename?
